La casa, ristrutturata recentemente , si trova ai piedi di un caratteristico monte sul quale sono ancora visitabili gli antichi resti archeologici del paese di Collesano. Immersa nel verde di una collina che si erge a terrazza sul mare da cui è possibile godere di un suggestivo panorama.
E’ una struttura in pietra, dotata di tre appartamenti dagli ingressi indipendenti, ciascuno dei quali offre un ampio spazio di giardino e campagna circostante.
Gli appartamenti, che possono ospitare fino a 5 persone ciascuno, con soffitto in legno e pavimento in cotto, offrono tutti i comforts. Il clima, la posizione geografica ,e l’indipendenza dai centri abitati, garantiscono un’atmosfera ideale per chi, alla ricerca di una vacanza mare ( a solo 8 Km) / monti ( 20 Km ), voglia godere di un totale relax.

E’ richiesto come acconto una caparra pari al 30% della cifra totale , da pagare tramite bonifico bancario o vaglia postale.
La prenotazione sarà accettata solo se accompagnata estremi dell’avvenuto deposito.
La rimanenza dell'importo va pagato in contanti direttamente al momento dell'arrivo.

Saranno richiesti anche euro 150,00 di cauzione che verranno restituiti alla fine del soggiorno.

DISDETTE

Qualora siate costretti a disdire la prenotazione .
Fino a 30 giorni dalla prevista data di arrivo, sarà trattenuto il 30% del deposito,

About us
“Monte D’Oro” old hamlet , a few kilometres from Cefalù (in the province of Palermo), Piano Zucchi e Piano Battaglia.
The old hamlet, renovated in 2006, at the foot of a characteristic mountain on which it is still possible to visit the ancient remains of the town of Collesano, is immersed in the green fields of a hill, above the sea, from which you will enjoy a striking view.
The Old Hamlet is a stone construction, composed by three separate apartments with wooden ceiling and terracotta floor. Each apartment can house up to 4/5 people, has its own private entrance, garden and plenty of country side around.
Our apartments, located out of the crowded cities, offer great comfort and nice atmosphere for those who are looking for total relax either at the sea (just 8 km) or on the mountains (20 km).

Sea: 8 km from the nearest beach.

Mountains: about 20 km from Piano Battaglia.

Deposit

Deposit is set at 30% of the total fare, to be paid through bank transfer or postal order.
Booking is made only after confirmation of the deposit payment. The rest of the fare has to be paid cash at your arrival.

Cancellation

In case you cancel your booking:
30 days before the date of your arrival, 30% of your deposit will be withheld
10 days before the date of your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be withheld
Less than 10 days before the date of your arrival, 100% of your deposit will be withheld.

Das ferenhaus “ Monte d’Oro “
Ist nur wenige Km von Cefalù ( provinz Palermo), Piano Battaglia entfernt.

Es wurde erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert und durch seine Hang mitten in Grunec, hann man Von der terrasse cinen herrlichen Blickgeniessen

Das Gebaude ist aus stein und besteht aus 3 getrennten appartmens mit separaten eingangen und grosszugigen aussenbereichen .

Jedes appartment ist fur 4/5 personen ausgelegt, dic decken sind ausholz und dic boden aus terracotta.
Das klima, die geographische hage, ausserhalb der nahen touristenzentren die auf komfort
Ausgelegten sind der ideale ausgangspunkt fuf alle die vollige entspannung suchen, sowohl am meer als auch in den bergen.
